Citizenship Support Services
We will be offering services that are designed to help individuals fully integrate into their new country and take advantage of their new status as citizens of Grenada. Here is a list of typical post-citizenship services that might be offered:
- Passport Issuance and renewal: Assistance in obtaining and/or renewal for a passport as a new citizen, including guidance through the application process and required documentation.
- Obtaining other Citizenship documents: Assistance with new citizenship documents such as Driver’s Licence, Utility connections, Police Record/Certificate, Tax Identification (ID).
- Renewal of Citizenship Documents: Assistance with renewing or updating citizenship documents as required.
- Administrative Guidance: Offering advice for new citizens, especially regarding their rights, responsibilities, and any obligations they may have in the new country.
- Real Estate Services: Assistance in property purchase, rental and investment, which might include finding the right property, property tours, legal assistance in property transactions, and information about the real estate market.
- Banking and Financial Services: Help in setting up bank accounts, accessing financial services, and investment advice tailored to the new citizens.
- Business Setup and Entrepreneurial Support: Assistance in setting up a business, including guidance on local business laws, regulations, and practices, as well as connections to local business networks.
- Educational Services: Assistance in finding suitable educational institutions for families, such as opportunities at institutions such a St. George’s University (SGU).
- Travel Advice and Assistance: Providing information about travel requirements, visa-free travel opportunities, and consular assistance.
