We provide Industrial space for rent at the following locations:

• Frequente Business Park which is located off the Maurice Bishop Highway in St George. The park has 198,000 sq. ft of space and includes seventeen (17) buildings on twenty-five (25) acres of land. The buildings range from 360 sq. ft to 27,000 sq. ft
• Seamoon Business Park, Seamoon St Andrew. The park has 40,000 sq ft of space and consists of five (5) buildings on three (3) acres of land
• GIDC St Patrick’s Business Complex, Low Town St Patrick. This Complex has 6,000 sq. ft of space and eight (8) booths

All our facilities are equipped with three (3) phase 50 cycle 400 Volts electricity, Cafeteria, landscaped grounds and twenty-four (24) hour security.
